Neighbor’s Property Management was founded by Evan Mood in 2021 after 9 years of developing and perfecting landscaping services from the design work all the way to the installation phase. After graduating college, Evan worked close with Geotechnical Engineers, gaining experience in earthwork practices and procedures. While gaining experience in the construction phase, Evan was introduced and trained on the preliminary investigations required for work sites.
